Be ready for your ride at least 90 minutes before your appointment. You may arrive 15 to 60 minutes before your appointment starts.
Call MTM Health if:
- Your ride is more than 15 minutes late
- You waited more than one hour for your return ride after calling MTM Health
- You cannot reach your driver
