MTM Launches Call Center Services
LAKE SAINT LOUIS, MO, – Medical Transportation Management, Inc. (MTM) announced that it has officially launched a new a call center service to assist health plans in reaching out to their members. MTM has been providing this service since February 1st, 2012 and intends to offer the program to additional plans in the coming months.
MTM provides inbound and outbound call center services to introduce newly eligible members to their health plan, provide members with benefit information, provide information to reduce emergency department usage, and provide re-investigation information to members who are close to benefit expiration.
