MTM Welcomes Nine Summer Interns

We are thrilled to welcome nine new interns to our Lake St. Louis staff! On May 18th, Employee and Engagement Staff hosted an Internship Experience Meet and Greet where they got acquainted with their soon-to-be supervisors and other members of management. Everyone met at for happy hour, to share appetizers and get to know one another before the start of the summer internship program. The interns mingled with each other and discussed their new positions, along with their backgrounds and education, and asked their supervisors questions about MTM’s culture. They even got to ask intern-turned-employee Janna Locke about her experience as an intern at MTM as well. Before the evening was over, there was talk of other intern gathering!
