“I am excited to introduce myself as the new CSC Manager for LSL. I have an adventurous 20 years of experience in Call Center Management, and bring an energetic passion for leading people, coaching, and development of future leaders. It is sincerely amazing to me to see the investment MTM is making in my training and onboarding process so far. I am eager to couple what I am learning with my previous experience to maximize the impact Lake St. Louis Customer Service Center is making on creating communities without barriers. Let the journey begin!”
