Network Manager and Director Symposium

Last month, for the first time ever, Network directors and managers from all regions converged in LSL for a three-day Manager and Program Director Symposium they called “MTM Fest.”

Don Brendel, Senior Director, Network Management and Sherry Moore, Director, Operations Oversight and Review, planned plenty of presentations, discussions, and fun activities for the group.  Everyone bonded well and shared much insight and strategy.

There was much collaboration among peers who hadn’t yet met. Employees got the opportunity to put faces to names of staff members who they’d worked with so much prior, and to gain a better perspective on operations in other states. All left closer as coworkers, and with a clearer understanding of the dynamics revolving between all of Network’s departments. The team can’t wait to get together again next year!
