What’s New with Texas ETO

The summer heat in Texas has been hard to beat, but MTM works hard to keep things cool and safe while providing transportation for Texas Medicaid members.  Our Network Management Team is committed to ensuring that all of our transportation providers are maintaining compliance with all credentialing requirements. Complete compliance entails a long list of criteria, but guarantees our providers are operating vehicles that are safe and comfortable for our members.  If a member reports that their transportation provider does not have functioning air conditioning, broken windows, or commits reckless driving, we encourage staff and members to call MTM immediately.  Let’s do our best to keep cool the rest of summer!
