The New Learn It Portal

At the end of 2015, Learn It was introduced to MTM employees as a comprehensive program that offers various training opportunities to nurture their knowledge. In order to continue providing them with the most up-to-date information, we have developed a “Learn It Portal!” This site will give employees guidance on all program offerings, as well as information on available growth opportunities. Whether it is online courses through Knowledge College, becoming a mentor/mentee, or pursuing a degree through tuition reimbursement, MTM is committed to helping staff thrive throughout their employment and embrace learning.
