St. Louis Business Journal Names MTM a 2018 Best Place to Work

Once again, MTM has been selected as a finalist for the St. Louis Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in St. Louis. We have previously been included on the list in 2014 and 2016. MTM is one of ten finalists in the big category (250-999 St. Louis-based employees). Congratulations to our fellow big company nominees:

More than 200 St. Louis-area companies participated in the survey, with only 44 being named finalists. The most employee-friendly workplaces were selected based on survey responses that measured communication, management structure, benefits, teamwork, and several other factors. Finalists were grouped by size and ranked by Quantum Workplace.

The winners in each category will be announced at a breakfast event on Thursday, March 8, and all finalists will be highlighted in the March 9 edition of the Business Journal. Stay tuned to find out where MTM lands!
