National Home & Community Based Services Conference

The National Association of States United for Aging and Disabilities is hosting the Home and Community Based Services Conference Monday, August 28th through Thursday, August 31st at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront in Baltimore, Maryland. The conference is for all federal, state, and local policymakers and those who administer, manage, and deliver waiver and other HCBS programs. It will highlight successes around facing new challenges of the industry, like reduced budgets amid a growing demand for services, and serve as a place to share program ideas, network, and recognize outstanding work. MTM representatives will exhibit at a trade show booth and be available for all types of conversation. To learn more about our HCBS care coordination prior to the conference, visit our site with this link. We can’t wait to increase access to healthcare with customized solutions for improving member health outcomes, reducing overall program costs, and increasing customer satisfaction!

The event’s agenda is available on the Home and Community Based Services Conference website linked here. “The 2016 National HCBS Conference was the largest to date, with over 1,400 attendees traveling from all 50 states, as well as Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. You will want to be a part of the action in 2017!”
