The Post-Dispatch Names MTM a Winner of the 2019 St. Louis Top Workplaces Award
MTM is honored to announce that, for the third year in a row, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch has named our organization to its annual Top Workplaces list. This prestigious list honors employers in the greater St. Louis region based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

This year, nearly 350 MTM team members participated in the survey used to gauge the workplace culture of Top Workplace nominees.
