MTM Named Customer Service Training Team of the Year
MTM’s Dedicated Customer Service Training Team has won a gold Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Training Team of the Year category in the 11th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service! This is the second year in a row MTM has been honored with the title. Our Stevie® Awards don’t stop there, though! Customer Service Center Trainer Patrick Fichtel was named a Bronze Stevie Winner in the Young Customer Service Professional of the Year category as well, and MTM as an organization was a bronze Customer Service Department of the Year winner. We took home three awards!
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The awards were presented during a gala banquet on Friday, February 24 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. More than 650 executives from around the world attended.
More than 75 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging earlier this month. Finalists were determined by another 77 judges.
