To schedule transportation:
Advance scheduling is required. Call 1-877-633-8747 (TTY: 711) at least two business days before your visit. If it’s less than two business days until your appointment and it’s not urgent, we might ask you to set up your visit at a different date and time. For long distance trips, please call at least five business days in advance.
If your ride is late:
Call MTM RideFinders at 1-844-549-8356 (TTY: 711) if you had a pre-scheduled return ride and you have waited for more than 30 minutes, or if you called the transportation provider after your appointment and have waited for more than one hour.
If you are not satisfied with the service you receive:
Call 1-877-633-8747 (TTY: 711). Good service is important to us. We will follow up on all complaints and contact everyone who was involved in setting up and giving you the ride. You may also call the Office of the Ombudsman at 1-877-787-8999.
To report suspected fraud, waste, or abuse:
Call the Office of the Inspector General at 1-800-436-6184, or visit their website to report the issue. You may also call the State Auditor’s Office at 1-800-TX-AUDIT or report the issue online.
