In our ongoing efforts to bring the best training practices possible to the healthcare and transportation industries, MTM is proud to announce that our Training team was awarded two gold-level awards at the 12th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
Customer Service Center Trainer Patrick Fichtel was named a Bronze Stevie Winner in the Young Customer Service Professional of the Year category as well, and MTM as an organization was named a bronze Customer Service Department of the Year winner.
After taking home six Stevie Awards in 2016, MTM is excited to qualify as a finalist for three 2017 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
