Nationwide, our local teams are always eager to participate in events in their communities–and the MTM Nevada team is no exception! Teammates from our Las Vegas office recently participated in a local Winter Wonderland Festival, where they spread the word about non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services.
At MTM, we’re dedicated to ensuring the best NEMT experience possible for our members, and oftentimes, that means we need a dedicated resource to help them understand their transportation benefit. That’s where our team of Ombudsmen come in! Meet three of them in this interview, and learn why this role is so important in helping members access their community.
MTM’s Community Outreach team is a dedicated resource that helps our medical facility partners coordinate transportation. While this typically involves in-person visits to facilities nationwide, during the pandemic we’ve had to get creative. Find out what our Community Outreach Trainers are doing to ensure medical facilities nationwide have the resources they need to support their patients!
The gas pump, that is! MTM team members in Martin County, Florida encouraged community members to choose public transit June 16th.
MTM’s Adopt the Lodge program recently hosted an arts and craft day to support the American Cancer Society. Many MTM employees volunteered their time to create art and share lunch with the guests of the Hope Lodge Facility. Thanks to all volunteers and food sponsors that helped play a role to make this day a success.
