As the co-founder, CEO, and president of Veyo, Josh joined MTM following our acquisition of the healthcare logistics company in 2022. Josh earned a degree in computer engineering from the University of Waterloo and a graduate degree in Business from the Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California. He began his career at Qualcomm, where he led a global engineering team and served as vice chair for a 3G global wireless standards committee. His first startup, GoFastCab, launched in 2009 as the first taxicab booking system for retail customers in the United States. In 2013, GoFastCab was acquired by Total Transit, which hired Josh and his team to continue advancing its mobile booking system—ultimately leading to the creation of Veyo, which was built to transform access to care by integrating technology with fully trained and Medicaid-credentialed rideshare fleets. In his role as Vice President of Strategic Operations, Josh develops innovative strategies, such as the Independent Driver Provider (IDP) model, to best align our operations with our clients’ needs and expectations.
