With a focus on continued nationwide growth, MTM Transit is pleased to announce the addition of a new strategic sales leader to our team: Regional Director of Business Development Wesley Adams. In this role, Wesley leads the relationship building and strategic sales process for MTM Transit. Collaborating with our executive and operational teams, he leads our organization in identifying, pursuing, and acquiring new business through competitive bidding opportunities and organic growth. Using his established relationships and partnerships from his more than a decade of experience in the transit industry, Wesley is in prime position to ensure MTM Transit is the most valued transit partner for current and future clients.
Wesley comes to MTM Transit with 11 years of experience leading finance and business development strategies for some of the transit industry’s largest vendors. From 2009 to 2017, he served as Regional Director of Finance for MV Transportation. After leaving MV, he established a transit consulting business in February 2018, collaborating with Keolis Transit America on their strategic business development initiatives. Prior to entering the transit industry, he spent more than 20 years in financial leadership roles for various builders in the real estate industry. Wesley earned his MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
