As a participant in the bench program you will learn from the best mentors, complete self-study tasks and get an opportunity to engage and collaborate with peers across the organization.

Bench Program Includes

Classroom Training

The Bench will begin with courses focusing on the Brand Ambassador Gems and Cross-Department Functions.

Mentorship

Grow personally and professionally with the help of a mentor who is matched with you based on your existing skills and future career goals.

Year-Long Project

During the kick-off of the Bench, each participant is assigned a project to focus on throughout the course of the year. These projects are intended to give you firsthand experience improving MTM's operational efficiencies and processes.
