What we do

MTM manages the non-emergency medical transportation (NET/NEMT) benefit for managed care organizations, state and county governments, departments of aging, hospitals, and county health and human services departments, as well as health systems and other programs involving transportation for the disabled, underserved, and elderly populations. We provide this benefit by contracting with local, private and public transportation providers.

MTM utilizes proprietary systems and staff expertise to meet the routine, urgent, non-emergent, and unique transportation needs of our client’s members.

Our healthcare-minded approach to transportation service delivery makes us unique in the industry. We work diligently to uncover transportation resources in a given area. We then coordinate those transportation resources in order to maximize access to health care for our client’s members. We deliver the highest quality service at the lowest possible price.

We are among the nation’s largest and most experienced medical transportation managers.
MTM operates through its eight core departments to arrange safe, reliable non-emergency medical transportation for our client’s eligible members. Click on each department title to learn more.
