Are you a training professional looking to collaborate with your learning and development peers to share best practices and have meaningful discussions about the future of training? If so, MTM wants you to join our Training Advisory Board! This is an exciting opportunity to join a committee that partners industry leaders through collaborative conversation on topics related to corporate training, learning, and development. This committee will serve as a partnership amongst members to act as a sounding board, advise, and inspire fellow participants.

What’s in it for me? What do I get out of being part of this committee?
By joining MTM’s Training Advisory Board, you’ll gain industry recognition as being selected as a committee member by a globally recognized training team. You’ll also get the opportunity to network with other training and management leaders who have been identified as learning experts, and even a few who are Kirkpatrick Gold certified! Through this year-long commitment, you will be able to pose questions and gain feedback on various topics like leadership training, onboarding, system training, remedial training, and much more, allowing you to gain new perspectives and insights from training and management leaders around the globe.

How do I apply?
Simply fill out the form below, which should take you less than five minutes to complete.

What are the requirements?
Here’s what we’re looking for in our partners:

  • At least two years of training or management experience.
  • Development or curriculum design experience preferred.
  • Experience with in-person, webinar, or on-demand delivery.
  • Customer service, IT, sales and/or medical experience a strong plus!

What is the time commitment?
We expect all partners to commit to one year of participation. During this time, you will join one e-meeting per month for one hour. Additionally, you may be asked to complete surveys or answer other questions periodically throughout the year.

When are the meetings?
Meetings will occur via WebEx the last Friday of each month at 11 a.m. EST. Each meeting will last one hour. A calendar and outline of topics will be shared prior to the first meeting. Date and times may flex as needed based on the group.

Do I have to be in the United States?
No, anyone globally can apply.

Is there a cost associated with this?
No, this is purely a voluntary opportunity.
