The Board of Directors

Leadership within MTM begins with the Board of Directors, moves through the President and CEO, has built-in checks and balances and is supported by experienced legal counsel.

MTM’s Board of Directors is comprised of pioneers in the transportation management industry. Co-founders and Board members Peg and Lynn Griswold developed one of the nation’s first statewide transportation programs in Missouri in 1997. Mrs. Griswold now serves as Board Chairperson and Mr. Griswold as Executive Vice President. The third and final Board member is John B. Bowers, MTM’s former Chief Financial Officer. These individuals bring diverse perspectives and broad experiences to the structural leadership of the company.

The Board of Directors is charged with the conduct and management of the affairs of the company. They govern MTM business in general and serve in a supervisory role for all contracts, provide strategic planning, and explore opportunities for business development. Their individual commitment to excellence and creative solutions set the tone within the company from the ground up.
