LEAD is a three-part series that will give you the tools and competencies you need to manage a team by developing your business, personal leadership, and transformational leadership skills. When you complete all three LEAD modules, you’ll have a greater understanding of management basics, human resources processes and procedures, effective team building, budgets, operating systems, professionalism and communication, and diversity and cultural competency.
LEAD training blends web-based learning with practical hands-on learning, such as classroom courses and workbook exercises. After completing LEAD training, you will be qualified to apply for our Advance training program, which prepares high performing employees for future leadership opportunities.
