Groom for Growth is an ongoing program that will prepare participants for personal and professional development opportunities. This program includes a variety of workshops that allow interested candidates the freedom to choose a path that meets their specific needs. To participate in the program, employees must:  

 

  • Be employed for at least nine months
  • Be in good standing and not subject to disciplinary action
  • Be a CSR III or above

 

  • Complete pre-work assignments for each course
  • Complete homework assignments following each course
