Co-founders and current Board members, Peg and Lynn Griswold established MTM in 1995 after realizing the difficulty Managed Care Organizations, state and local governments, and healthcare facilities had in arranging transportation services for Medicaid and Medicare members.

Their vision would ensure more people had access to health care through quality transportation services delivered by local transportation provider companies.

MTM developed one of the nation’s first statewide transportation programs in Missouri in 1997. We set industry standards for customer service, gatekeeping, and quality assurance. Now expanded from its Missouri roots, MTM continues to be an industry leader in providing coordinated transportation solutions throughout the nation.
