Client Services

MTM’s Client Services Department acts as the link between our clients and MTM departments and services. Through this relationship, our clients have a direct line to all the resources and answers about their passengers and the transportation benefit. Working hand-in-hand with each department at MTM, Client Services staff ensures that we meet our client’s protocols with the highest standard of quality and service provision.

Client Services staff stays apprised of State and Federal requirements pertaining to transportation programs. The Client Services staff is knowledgeable of each state’s Medicaid requirements and ensures that the information supplied by MTM is in the format required by the State. Client Services collaborates with each client to develop outreach and educational programs to promote the transportation benefit and work within the provider community to broaden understanding of the importance of transportation as part of the medical delivery system.

The Client Services team holds weekly meetings along with the Vice President of Contracting, Tom Sweeney to evaluate and address service issues of all MTM clients. This level of attentiveness has earned MTM its reputation as a customer-focused transportation manager.
